We work extensively with the Algarve's leading event company, Yellow Kite. In 2011 we were very proud to be asked to be the main catering supplier of equipment, front-of-house and chefs to the gourmet summer food festival, Pop Up Algarve. Hosted in the grounds of Vale do Lobo, this Michelin-starred event is the highlight of the summer for Algarve foodies. We supplied the starter, the meat main course and both desserts. Our staff excelled and the feedback from over 100 guests was superb. Roll on 2012....
