Love to cook but want to learn more? How about a gourmet cookery class run by our Michelin-trained chefs?

Held in our professional kitchens, all the food is prepared and cooked from scratch - so you can see exactly how the taste of each dish is formed, and in which order you would have to make everything if you wanted to follow the recipes and put together the menu. It’s an ideal way to learn some of the ‘tricks of the trade.’

Afterwards you sit in our elegant private dining room and enjoy the fruits of your (and their) labours. And you can also invite guests to join you for dinner - a perfect way to round off the evening.
