Hi Gisela,

I just wanted to let you know that we have had the pleasure of Heiko and Nadine catering for usfor the last 10 days or so, and that they were both, absolutely fantastic. They made such a huge difference to our holiday, and I would not hesitate to recommend them. I eat out at a lot of top restaurants in London on a regular basis, and in my opinion Heiko's food was some of the best I have ever had. He is a credit to you, and it must be a joy to have someone working for you who takes such pride, and has as much passion as he does.

Finally they were always punctual, polite and friendly and we will all miss them both hugely. The next time myself, or my father is using the house, you can guarantee that we will be requesting their services.

Thank you very much for everything, and if you are ever asked to summarise Heiko and Nadine in one word, I will give it to you - perfection!!
